Day in the life photographer.

Nothing posed. Just be yourself!

This was already the second time that we asked Kristof to follow our family for half a day (day in the life). We are impressed by his talent to portray our family life so vividly. Our young children usually have to get used to unknown people, but that was not the case with Kristof because he photographs almost invisibly. We love his documentary, narrative style. He has seen all the beautiful moments and often knows how to capture different situations in one image. When we looked at the slideshow with our children, they spontaneously started to hug us and immediately begged us to look again. And that is what the photos really ask for: to look at them again, and again, and again. We are fans!

Why should a 'day in the life' be on your bucket list?

DITL is just as important as a wedding report!

This documentary is a unique time document of your family. How your band is at this moment and what your family vibe is like. Images that will only know their true value in decades, when you will leaf through the album again and can tell forgotten stories.

How does a day in the life actually work?

I come by on a regular day, where you do regular things. Some crafting, playing in the garden, even taking a nap,… A day in the life of your family, with me capturing your family bond in a unique way. No posed scenarios, just be yourself. Would you like to do a family activity? No problem. Are you doing an activity with the whole family (from grandparents to grandchildren) and would you like to make a documentary of it? Let me know your plans! Children are often tired of posing after 5 minutes; during a day in the life I can photograph for 4 hours without them even noticing…
